Weekends and popular summer dates fill up fast. We recommend requesting a quote as soon as you have a date in mind — ideally a few weeks ahead for weekends, though we'll do our best with shorter notice when inventory allows.

Safety comes first. If wind, lightning, or heavy rain makes conditions unsafe, call us as early as possible and we'll work with you to reschedule. We'd rather move your date than run a unit in unsafe conditions.
Each unit has different footprint and height requirements — check the product page for dimensions, and leave extra clearance around the unit. Most inflatables need a standard outdoor outlet on a dedicated circuit; we'll confirm power needs when we quote your order.
We deliver and set up most inflatables across Central Kentucky. Some smaller games and concessions are available for customer pick-up — see Customer Pick-up Games for those options.
Yes. Many schools, churches, and venues require a COI. Let us know when you request a quote and we'll arrange the paperwork with the certificate holder details you provide.
Quotes are free and no deposit is due when you first inquire. Once your rental is approved and dates are locked in, we'll arrange a deposit to secure your reservation. Call or email if you have questions about payment timing.
